We will be making fresh pasta from scratch, using a very simple and traditional Italian recipe. Chef mike will demonstrate fun pasta shapes like Garganelli, Orecchiette, Pappardelle and Maltagliati. Students will have the opportunity to make several different types of fresh pasta and leave with their creations. Students will take home two recipes, one on how to make the pasta the other on how to shape and cook them at home.
