This is a great spring time fresh tasting pasta dish, the mint really enhances all of the other ingredients. One of the secrets to success of this flavorful pasta is home-made chicken stock, Chef Mike will share his favorite recipe for this. Each student will sauté their own pasta dish, sauce and all, to enjoy after class. Wine pairings will be provided to those who want take this dish to the next level (wine not included in cost). Recipes for the chicken stock and pasta dish will be provided to each student.
