This month we will be making sage brown butter sauce with fresh sautéed veggies and cavatappi pasta. This is the same amazing sauce that is served with our pumpkin raviolis here at Via Baci. Students will learn how to make the brown butter sauce from scratch and basic sautéing techniques. Each student will enjoy their completed pasta dish after the class. Chef Mike will also talk about wine pairing with the dish.
