Chef Mike will demonstrate how to sear beef tenderloin and make a
great cabernet sauce with crimini mushrooms. He will also talk about wine pairings and give tips for choosing affordable and enjoyable wines at the liquor store. Each student will learn how to sear their own steak and make their cabernet pan sauce to their liking. Mashed potatoes will be included as a side, and wine pairings will be available as an option.
