ASPARAGUS & QUINOA SALAD WITH POACHED EGG
In this class, students will create their own asparagus and quinoa salad, either by following Chef Mike’s recipe or modifying it to their own taste. Then they will learn two different ways to poach an egg: using a sous vide machine and also the traditional way by simmering water and vinegar. Wine pairings will be suggested.
